The risks, in plain words

CHALLENGER turns memecoins into arcade fighters. The fighters are fun. The coins are speculative, and you can lose everything you put in.

No promises. Nothing on this site is financial advice. We do not promise returns, price growth or that any coin will reach a milestone.

Money

Your money

The risks that can cost you real money directly.

Money

Risk 1: Memecoins are speculative

A coin launched here is a memecoin on pump.fun. Most memecoins lose most of their value, and many go to zero. A fighter being fun, well drawn or popular in the Arena does not make its coin worth anything.

Money

Risk 2: We do not control prices

Prices are set by whoever is trading on the market. We do not set or guarantee any price, and nothing here is a promise to support one. A fighter winning a match does not move its price in any way we can promise.

Money

Risk 3: No promise of returns

Milestones unlock things for a fighter (a build, a costume, a stage). They are not a return for holders. Reaching one gives a coin holder nothing but a better-looking fighter.

Money

Risk 4: Launching costs money and can fail

Launching a coin needs your own wallet, network fees and any buy you choose to make yourself. Transactions can fail or be front-run, and on-chain transactions cannot be reversed. We never take custody of your funds and only ever ask your wallet to sign what is shown to you.

Disclosure

Fees & how we use them

Every creator fee a CHALLENGER coin earns is split 50% to the launcher and 50% to the treasury. The split can be changed for future launches.

Every creator fee a CHALLENGER coin earns is split 50% to the wallet that launched it and 50% to the CHALLENGER treasury, which pays for fighter builds and running the game.

Fees

Risk 5: The treasury pays for the game

The treasury share pays for fighter builds (AI and compute costs), upgrades and running the site. It is not held on your behalf and it is not a fund that backs any coin. Every claim and every build cost is listed on the transparency page.

Fees

Risk 6: Milestones follow fees, not price

Milestones are measured on the lifetime creator fees a coin has generated (all shareholders combined), read from on-chain trades. A coin that trades a lot can hit one while its price falls. A coin whose price rises on low volume may never hit one. Figures shown while a market indexer is not connected are labelled as estimates or demo data.

Fees

Risk 7: We depend on pump.fun and Solana

Fee sharing relies on pump.fun's programs and the Solana network. If they change their rules, have bugs, or go down, fee splits, trading or milestone tracking can break or change, and we may not be able to fix it.

Game

The game

Things that can go wrong without costing you money, but that you should know.

Game

Risk 8: A build can be delayed, redone or fail

A fighter is built by an automated pipeline once its coin crosses the first milestone. Builds can take time, can fail a quality check and be retried, or be held for human review. Hitting the threshold does not guarantee an instant reveal.

Game

Risk 9: Balance is tuned, not perfect

Moves and stats are balanced by simulated fights, but some fighters will be stronger than others. We may rebalance, and a fighter may be retired. Retired fighters keep their page and record in the Hall of Fame; they are never deleted.

Game

Risk 10: Predictions are free points only

Predicting a match uses free points that have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold or withdrawn. There is no real-money wagering on CHALLENGER.

Safety

Safety & content

How we limit harm, and where that can fall short.

Safety

Risk 11: Some concepts are refused or reviewed

We refuse concepts based on real people, existing characters or brands, hateful or sexual content, and anything involving minors. An automated filter and a human review queue do this, so a good concept may sometimes be held or refused. Filters also miss things: we may remove a fighter that should not be here, but we cannot promise to catch every case first.

Safety

Risk 12: This is new software

CHALLENGER is early. It has bugs, and its code may not have had a third-party audit. Only use a wallet and an amount you are comfortable with, and check every transaction your wallet shows you.
